Prioritizing Features to Testing Messaging

MaxDiff functions like conjoint in the sense that it involves respondents reacting to a series of choices in a survey process.  It can test lists of as many as 40 items to create a prioritization structure that is valuable to create better products and stronger communications.  It does this by asking respondents to pick their top and bottom items from short lists.  These are mixed and managed through an algorithm that tests all options equally.

MaxDiff may not be the preferred choice analysis tool in all settings.  It is important that the types of items tested and the goals of the project meet the recommended criteria and function.  Ask your Leede representative to provide a review of your project needs and a recommendation on what specific choice analysis tool best meets your goals.
